Mira product overview
A migraine tracker designed for the moment pain begins
See how Mira works: start a migraine log in one tap, add details later, review evidence-backed patterns, and create a doctor-ready headache report.
During an attack
Start the record before memory has to do the work.
One tap records the attack start time locally, even without an internet connection. Mira then moves to a dimmed active-attack screen with elapsed time, treatment, details, and end controls—without requiring a questionnaire first.
- No account required for the core journal
- No mandatory severity or symptom fields
- At most one active attack after device reconciliation
After the difficult moment
Add what you remember, when you remember it.
Peak severity, functional impact, aura, symptoms, suspected factors, notes, and treatments remain optional and editable. Skipped information remains unknown instead of being silently converted to a negative answer.
- Record medication and non-medication relief
- Track relief, timing, side effects, and notes
- Keep entered-later information visible in reports
Across your records
Patterns show their evidence—and their limits.
Mira compares known attack-onset days with observed comparison days. Tested code produces the statistics first; AI may explain verified aggregates in plain language but does not receive raw journal rows or invent a diagnosis.
- Evidence counts remain attached to each finding
- Not enough data is a first-class result
- Associations are never presented as confirmed causes
Before an appointment
Turn a scattered history into a chronological conversation.
Premium reports summarize 30 or 90 days of recorded attacks, migraine days, duration, peak severity, functional impact, aura, symptoms, and treatment response. Missing data remains visible and the report stays explicitly non-diagnostic.
