These Terms are an agreement between you and Gowtham T G, the independent developer and sole proprietor operating Mira ("Mira," "we," "us"). They govern the Mira iOS app and mira.openzentra.com. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. What Mira is—and is not

Mira is a personal migraine journal. It records attacks, optional context and treatment response, describes statistical observations in your own data, and creates convenience reports.

Mira is not a healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service, diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment recommendation.

  • Observations are not causal claims or instructions to start, stop, or change medication.
  • Mira is not a substitute for a qualified clinician. Do not disregard or delay professional care because of the service.
  • If symptoms are sudden, severe, unusual, or may be an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.
  • A Doctor Report is a factual convenience summary, not a medical record, lab result, or clinical document.
  • Mira has not been evaluated or cleared by the FDA and is intended for general wellness and informational use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Guest journaling does not require an account. Account backup, synchronization, and Premium require an account. You are responsible for credential security and account activity; do not share, sell, or transfer an account.

3. Free features and Premium

Attack logging, treatment and context recording, and History remain available without Premium. Premium unlocks longer-range pattern analysis and Doctor Reports. Features may change as the service improves, but Mira will not represent a paid feature as available when it is not.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

  • Plans: Mira currently offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The app displays Apple's localized price; United States reference prices are $7.99/month and $59.99/year.
  • Trials: a seven-day trial is shown only when Apple confirms eligibility. The paywall displays the renewal price and date before purchase.
  • Billing: Apple charges your Apple ID. RevenueCat communicates entitlement state to Mira. We never receive payment-card details.
  • Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Apple provides advance notice or consent where required for price changes.
  • Cancellation: cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Mira or your Mira account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
  • Refunds: Apple handles App Store refunds under its policies; Mira cannot issue them directly.
  • After expiry: free journaling and History remain available. Premium resumes when Apple confirms an active entitlement.

5. Your records

  • You retain ownership of journal entries, notes, and exported files.
  • You grant us a limited, revocable right to host and process account content only to operate synchronization, observations, reports, reminders, and support.
  • Settings provides export and account deletion. Deletion has a 30-day recovery period before permanent purge.
  • You control Apple Health permissions; Mira reads only authorized summaries and never writes to Apple Health.
  • AI narration may be imperfect or generic and is informational only.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Mira for a person under 18; access another person's account; probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; resell it; upload unlawful content; or use it to provide medical services to others. We may restrict accounts that materially violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

7. Intellectual property

Mira's software, design, brand, and content other than your records belong to the operator or licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control under App Store rules.

8. Third-party services

Mira relies on Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, Expo, Sentry, and configured language providers. Their outages may affect the service, and their own terms apply. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms for the iOS app and may enforce them. Apple is not responsible for Mira's maintenance, support, or product claims.

9. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Local-first writes reduce network dependence but cannot eliminate device loss, corruption, or service interruption. Export records you need as an independent durable copy. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here and communicated where appropriate.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT OBSERVATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR MIRA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NOTHING LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED.

12. Termination

You may stop using Mira and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
